At last! The wait is over. Having been locked in a room for the last few weeks surrounded by piles and piles of entries, the judges have finally emerged – bleary-eyed but happy with the very high standard of submissions.
The stories of exceptional customer service have been nothing short of inspirational, and it was very difficult to whittle down the entries. However, the brightest stars have ultimately made their way to the top of the pile and you can see the list of winners and finalists in each category below.
